Obesity ConceptThe World Health Organization (WHO) has an amazing fact file with 10 facts everyone should know about obesity, which is at epidemic level in the United States. There are five facts below and this is a great time to read them as we put away body-conscious clothing and prepare to nest for the winter.

Overweight and obesity are defined as “abnormal or excessive fat accumulation that may impair health”
